• 1,000 cards with unique download codes and full colour artwork
• Personal landing page on the Digisingle site (e.g. digisingle.com/yourbandname), which includes the single available for download via a unique code, other tracks available for purchase, your artist profile, your video, photos and more
• Your own store widget for direct to fan sales to put on your site, MySpace, Blog.
• All downloads count towards music charts including ARIA
• With every Digisingle sold through Valleyarm you’ll receive royalties for every sale
• Online global marketing campaign – your single pitched to music programmers and single featured globally across iTunes, Nokia Ovi Store, eMusic, Bigpond and Amazon MP3
• Digisingle is serviced to hundreds of online radio stations
• Blogging and social networking campaign including online advertising, free inclusion on the Valleyarm ringback tone catalogue sold throughout South East Asia and China
• Digisingle provide you the demographic data on who purchased your track and where
• Sell your Digisingle’s at live shows, merch stands, through your fanclub or anyway you like!

A Digisingle Pack is AUD $2,995 ex GST for 1,000 units (minimum), this includes set-up cost, landing page design, band’s image on the card, unique code generation, marketing set-up, store servicing and a 3 week campaign.

Extra runs of 1,000 cards (Min) are AUD$1,300 ex GST.

Conditions

• All Digisingle releases must be booked in with a 50% deposit no later than 4 weeks before the release date, the balance must be paid before the Digisingle’s are shipped to the artist/label.
• Artist/Label must supply high resolution artwork (Cover art, 2 x artist promo images and band logo), Valleyarm can also design your artwork (Extra costs involved)Audio tracks must be supplied as .wav files only, the landing page must have a minimum of three audio tracks to ensure transparency with consumer choice to meet chart guidelines.
• The tracks maybe downloaded up to five times within a 30 day period although only one download will be classified as a sale.
• A 30% distribution fee will be applied by Valleyarm to each sale.
• Artist is paid back AUD77c per unit less a Valleyarm distribution fee of 30%, therefore net to the band is AUD 54c per download sale.
• Valleyarm is responsible for paying publishingRRP is AUD $1.50 plus GST.
• Secure Store (the provider of the charting software) receive AUD 50c inc GST plus a minimum of AUD $130 per release offset against the AUD 50c
• Valleyarm are not responsible for the tracks selected for download or the amount of transactions.
